In Sardinia, the Domus de janas (literally "houses of the fairies/witches") are prehistoric burial sites that later served as shelters for shepherds. This link between past and present, legend and reality, is what led filmmaker Myriam Raccah to explore this island territory. With the help of local residents from all generations, the filmmaker has created a film in the form of a fresco that gives access to the marvelous, and embarks on a poetic quest between realism and the supernatural.
