CODE OF CONDUCT
FILMS ON ART NETWORK
The ART FILM NETWORK supports the idea of a unified global art film community. It promotes an industry that is diverse, inclusive, equitable and fair. This community is founded on the principles of artistic achievement, dynamic cinema, mutual respect, freedom of expression and forward-looking ideals.

The FILMS ON ART NETWORK firmly opposes any form of discrimination, offensive language, or disrespectful conduct based on criteria such as gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, disability, or age. The network adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, abuse, or harassment directed at its participants, partners, or staff members, with the possibility of immediately revoking access to its festivals in the event of a violation of its code of conduct.
The objective is to promote the principles of Fair Pay (equitable remuneration), Fair Share (equitable distribution of resources), and Fair Chain (fair practices throughout the entire chain). The core values include:

- Transparency : : : Clear communication on decisions, accessible budgets, sharing of knowledge.
- Sustainability : :A responsible approach with concern for the environment, quality, and professional growth.
- Inclusivité : Promotion de la diversité à tous les niveaux, des publics à la prise de décision, tout en offrant un espace sûr et accueillant pour toustes.
The FILMS ON ART NETWORK aims to create respectful, inclusive, and supportive festivals for all participants, while addressing social, environmental, and cultural issues.
